Modern & Accessible Condo Washroom Renovation in Scarborough

This fully accessible condo washroom was designed and built to meet ADA standards, ensuring maximum comfort and independence for individuals with mobility challenges. To accommodate the plumbing requirements, we elevated the interior floor level, allowing all drain and wastewater lines to run cleanly above the existing concrete slab without structural modifications. The height difference at the hallway was resolved with a custom-built, wheelchair-friendly ramp that provides a smooth and safe transition.

The space features curbless tile installation, creating a seamless walk-in shower area with no steps or barriers. Premium large-format tiles, warm LED integrated lighting, and a modern illuminated mirror improve visibility and elevate the overall aesthetic. Through thoughtful engineering and refined finishes, the result is a highly functional and elegant accessible washroom.
